Non-Academic Staff Training at Masaryk University, Czech Republic

The inaugural training program for non-academic staff, organized as part of the ENACT Project (Enhancing Governance, Management, and Reform in Sri Lankan Universities through Non-Academic Staff Training), took place from May 16th to 19th, 2022. This training program was held at Masaryk University in the Czech Republic. A delegation from SLTC, along with representatives from other Sri Lankan and European partner universities, participated in the program.

The training sessions covered various topics, including strategic planning, mobility management, internationalizing the curriculum, establishing international networks, and adopting global best practices. The program was conducted at the Centre for International Cooperation located at Komenského nám. 2, 602 00 Brno.
