Case study based interactive Workshop on Change Management

Cosponsored by ERASMUS+ ENACT Project funded by European Union to enhance the administrative capacity of universities in developing countries by providing trainings and exposure to the administrative work forces, an interactive case study-based workshop on change management was conducted by renowned corporate trainer and chartered marketer Mr. Deepal Sooriayaarchchi   on 4th  April 2024 at SLTC.

The workshop spanned 4 hours starting at 10.00 a.m. The higher-level administrative staff including the Consultant, Head of Academic Affairs, Deans and HoDs, Head of QA, Registrar, Bursar and the Librarian participated in the workshop in addition to the lecturers in all levels and the Staffs of Registrar Office, Finance, Library participated in the workshop.

Content of the workshop was important and applicable to the SLTC contemporary environment and the presenting style was really attractive. The participants portrayed their continuous enthusiasm and content absorption from the beginning to end. According to the participants feedback this workshop was one of the very successful training sessions held during this year in SLTC.
