We are thrilled to share the success story of Workshop 01 titled “Customer Service and Service Excellence” at SLTC Research University. Held on October 4, 2023, this transformative event brought together participants from diverse backgrounds to explore the world of modern customer relations.

Under the expert guidance of Dr. Sunethra Jayaratne Nugawela, Chairperson of the Academy for Administrative Professionals (AAP), and Dr. Udesh Oruthota, Head of Academic Affairs & Resources at SLTC, the workshop proved to be an exceptional opportunity for personal and professional growth.
